Improving the lives of seniors and the handicapped within our surrounding community.
Introduction
Incorporated in 1995, the Talahi Senior Foundation (Talahi Care Center Resident Council, Inc.) is a St. Cloud area non-profit [501(c)(3)] corporation governed by a Board of Directors established to fill the gap created by state and federal reductions in funding for the care of area seniors and handicapped.
Vision
A community where all seniors and handicapped have access to the same living standards as the surrounding community.
Constituents:
- Seniors and handicapped living within the Talahi Senior Campus community.
- Family and friends of the seniors and handicapped living within the Talahi community.
- Volunteers and employees of the Talahi Senior Campus.
- The surrounding communities of Benton, Sherburne and Stearns counties of Minnesota.

Talahi Senior Campus Education Program
The goal of the TSF Education Committee is to plan, coordinate and conduct:
- An ongoing community education program which will address the entitlement and benefit programs earned by senior citizens, retirees and the disabled as well as the need for increased workers in the field of senior healthcare workers;
- An ongoing scholarship program to provide education to students who are willing to agree to work in the healthcare industry at the Talahi Senior Campus, in exchange for an educational scholarship. The application and selection process will be determined by this Education Committee. The amount and number of scholarships presented annually will be determined by the Board of Directors and included in the annual budget.
