CARING STAFF
Our highly trained staff strives to provide the best skilled care available. Through our care planning process, the family, physician, social worker, and other appropriate staff are brought together regularly to assure the highest quality of care is maintained. Talahi's home-like setting allows the specialized medical care and individualized service deserving of all our residents.
REHABILITATIVE SERVICES
Because we understand how precious medicare days are, Talahi Care Center offers a complete range of rehabilitative services to assist recovery through the onsite services of aegis therapies. Our professional staff includes a Registered Physical Therapist, Registered Occupational Therapist and Certified Speech Pathologist. Their input is vital when assessing and planning an individual's care plan as well as make a safe transition back to home.
SOCIAL SERVICES
Talahi Care Center offers psychological and social services to aid in adjusting to changes in health and living situations and dealing with all aspects of senior care center living. Services also include connecting with financial resources, cash management, processing of Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Administration, Tricare-for-Life, and Long Term Healthcare insurance, and assisting in resolving family concerns of issues after placement.
PARKVIEW REHABILITAION UNIT (Short-Term)
Parkview's five quiet rooms are designed to meet the needs of the patient requiring short-term aggressive therapy services to reach independence and return home.
